Prof. Dr. Davor Derenčinović, Chair of Violence Lab’s Scientific Advisory Board nominated for a judge at the ECHR

Prof. Dr. Davor Derenčinović, Ph.D., Chair of Violence Lab’s Scientific Advisory Board, Head of the Department of Criminal Law at the Zagreb Faculty of Law, President of the Croatian Academy of Legal Sciences, Ad hoc judge of the European Court of Human Rights and President of the Council of Europe Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings is nominated as one of the Croatian candidates for a judge at the European Court of Human Rights. Prof. Dr. Derenčinović has been confirmed as one of three candidates by the Croatian Government, and the final decision will be made by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in June this year.
